WHERE IT ALL BEGAN:
I actually own a nationwide Luxury Wedding & Event Planning - Design Company.
Growing up in a family where hosting epic gatherings was second nature, Reggi quickly picked up the art of creating unforgettable moments. From high school to college events, he truly honed his skills, and now continues to leave lasting impressions in Houston and beyond.
I am originally from Toledo, Ohio and that is where I began hosting events. I come from a family that enjoys gatherings so I have learned from my family how to show good hospitality while delivering quality events. In high school and college I would throw events for organizations I was involved in like SGA. When I moved to Houston, I continued this and would throw game nights and house parties that were the talk of the town. I was invited to join a local promotion team and really have been networking and growing ever since.
What's the most memorable event you've ever hosted, and why?
Halloween during our 'Last Saturday' event in 2021 was an unforgettable experience, especially since it was my birthday weekend with an insane turnout. DJs and MCs kept the energy high, and the venue was packed. The Renaissance AfterParty had great energy and was a fantastic time for everyone.
As an MC, Darryl Wilson's DC Pride party at the Bullpen and the
POSH party in Atlanta was a good time too!
If you could host an event anywhere in the world, where would it be and what would it look like?
I would definitely want to host an event in Cape Town, South Africa, and Toronto, CA. I am in love with African culture. I love Afrobeats & Ampiano music and could see myself really curating a great experience in those cities.
If someone was going to send you a cocktail, what would that be?
Going to definitely start with Repasado base, either Don Julio or Casamigo, and then add ginger ale or lemonade with sprite.
Curate the ultimate section inviting three celebrities (living or deceased)

What's your favorite way to relax after a big event?
At home in my happy place, with some of my favorite snacks. I will probably order in and binge watch some of my favorite shows.
Do you prefer small, intimate gatherings or large, lively parties?
Believe it or not, I would prefer a house party any day. I love throwing my parties in the club but house parties allow you to get to know people. It is a lot more intimate, and with the right crowd it is a great time!
What's your vision for the future of event hosting and planning?
There are more activation stations and outer body experiences, taking participants on journeys beyond their current location. The approach is more intentional, focusing on the destinations.
Traveling parties are bringing intense energy and excitement.
